Information we collect

When you apply or complete an intake, we collect the contact, organization, mission, schedule, priorities, and readiness information you choose to submit. We also collect limited visit context such as the landing-page version, experiment assignment, referring page, and campaign parameters attached to the link you followed. If you use the optional diagnostic, its work-hour estimates may be included with a later application from the same browser session.

Drafts and diagnostic receipts

Application drafts and your optional Friday Receipt commitment are kept in session storage in your browser so an accidental navigation does not erase your work. The application draft is removed after successful submission and normally disappears when the browser session ends. Downloaded Receipt images stay only wherever you choose to save them.

How we use it

We use your information to review fit, communicate about the challenge, prepare participant support, deliver the service, understand which page and campaign led to an application, and improve the Most Productive Week offer.

How we share it

We do not sell your information. We may use service providers for database hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing, limited to what is needed to operate the challenge.

Retention and choices

We retain submissions for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information by replying to an Impact Hackers email or contacting the address above.
